Dr. Sielicki finished her undergraduate training at Michigan State University, earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. She then continued her post graduate education at the prestigious Northwestern University in Chicago, where she completed her Doctorate of Dental Science in the spring of 1995. Immediately upon commencement she relocated to Arizona to start her professional career. Dr. Sielicki is married with three children, Avery, Katie, and Will. When time allows Dr. Sielicki enjoys spending time with her family hiking, boating, water and snow skiing.

A native of Arizona, Kathy has been in the dental field “FOREVER”. She began her career as a dental assistant, and always enjoyed improving smiles. During her many years in dentistry, she continued her education at LVI, concentrating on cosmetic dentistry and practice management. Office manager was a natural transition for Kathy, and she found her place in a large dental practice and was that practice for 15 years until that dentist retired. We feel fortunate that Kathy was able to bring her expertise and warm, caring nature out to our patients. Financial arrangements and insurance questions are Kathy's specialty, you can be rest assured that she will be able to find a way to help with all of those challenging situations. Kathy successfully raised two children on her own and now has made space for baby Jordan whom needed a safe, loving home.

Originally from Texas, Kim moved to the valley in 1989. Kim’s career in dentistry started in 1987 and has included expertly managing a periodontal practice for 14 years. After which time she took some well deserved time off to raise her two wonderful children. Now that the kids are a little older, she was ready for a change and jumped into cosmetic dentistry. Kim really enjoys the smile makeovers we are so proud of here at Sonoran Dental Design and how it affects the self-confidence of our patients! In Kim’ s time off she enjoys scrap booking, spending quality time with her family and volunteering for the PTA and baseball booster club.

Meegan was born in New York and was then raised in the Chicago suburbs, then found herself moving to Arizona to begin a teaching career. After a few years in teaching, Meegan decided that her passion was in the healthcare field, where she discovered dental hygiene. After graduating from Rio Salado, Meegan has been able to combine her background in teaching with her extensive knowledge of dental health, to help her patients achieve the levels of oral health that they desire and deserve. The patients journey to excellent overall health becomes easy when Meegan has the opportunity to utilize her extensive training with dental lasers and the countless hours of continuing education in the area of periodontal health and disease. Meegan can be found enjoying her lovely family when she isn’t in our practice helping patients. Meegan is happily married to Tom and they have three wonderful children, two adventurous girls and her newest addition, a fabulous baby boy.

Andrea is one of our hygienists that has taken her expertise to a level of mastery, since graduating from Phoenix College in 1997 she has expanded her education by attending several advanced training institutes, including LVI, PAC-live and Pride Dental. Andrea's commitment to a patients overall wellness and oral health will be very apparent from the first moment you have the opportunity to visit with her, she takes the responsibility of caring for her patients extremely seriously and provides only the most excellent care possible. Having been born and raised in Arizona, Andrea finds time to enjoy our beautiful state while including her other passion, her two dogs Daisy and Rosey. Spending time with family and friends is another pastime that keeps Andres busy when she is not taking care of her dental family. If you find yourself traveling the state, at a sporting event or keeping yourself fit and healthy-keep an eye out for our newest team member Andrea, since she is passionate about all of these things as well, you just may see her out and about.

Originally born and raised in Iowa, Tracy moved to Arizona in 1987. After graduating from high school, she decided to earn her degree in dental assisting. She graduated from Apollo College in 1991 and is enjoying every minute of it. Tracy has a passion for each and every patient to have a level of satisfaction that they have never had before. Offering a comfortable blanket, a movie, listening to the patients concerns or just making the most “perfect” temporary crown. She enjoys learning new technologies that are brought to the dental field, such as digital x-rays, intraoral images, different whitening and cosmetic procedures. When not at work Tracy enjoys spending quality time with her three children, going hiking, movies, swimming, traveling with her five sisters and an occasional happy hour with the “girls”.

From a very early age while living in Toronto Canada, Lisa knew she would work in a health profession. After attending high in Scottsdale, Arizona, Lisa found her way to the prestigious dental hygiene program at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff where she graduated in 1996. Lisa finds each patient that she works with require individualized care, which she provides with grace and ease while using a gentle hand and extreme attention to quality of care. Lisa finds that her ability to educate, assist and guide each patient to make empowering decisions about their own oral health is exceptional. The advance certifications in Periodontics and Laser assisted periodontal therapies allows Lisa to provide services to her clients that are cutting edge and allow her to help her patients achieve levels of health they never thought they could attain. When not in the dental office, you can find Lisa helping people achieve even better levels of full body health, by utilizing her training as a Yoga instructor at a Scottsdale studio, to enjoy more flexibility and energy. Lisa takes the mouth body connection to the next level! Living in Scottsdale Lisa enjoys her family immensely, her husband Matt and 3 amazing children, Ethan, Gabriel and Noah.
