Meet Dr. Ann Sielicki

Dr. Sielicki finished her undergraduate training at Michigan State University, earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. She then continued her post graduate education at the prestigious Northwestern University in Chicago, where she completed her Doctorate of Dental Science in the spring of 1995. Immediately upon commencement she relocated to Arizona to start her professional career.

Dr. Sielicki is married with three children, Avery, Katie, and Will. When time allows Dr. Sielicki enjoys spending time with her family hiking, boating, water and snow skiing.

Meet Dr. Madden

Dr. Jean Madden finished her undergraduate training at Stetson University in Florida, earning her Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Psychology. She then continued her post graduate education at Temple University in Philadelphia, where she completed her Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2002. Dr. Madden was drawn to practice dentistry by her interest in medicine and art, she enjoys enhancing her patients health and appearance.

Dr. Madden enjoys spending time with her husband and trying new cooking recipes, kayaking, scuba diving and ceramic sculpture. When time allows they like to travel to visit friends and family.

Meet the Team

Kathy - Business Administrator

A native of Arizona, Kathy has been in the dental field “FOREVER”. She began her career as a dental assistant. During her many years in dentistry, she continued her education at LVI, concentrating on cosmetic dentistry. She advanced to office manager for a large dental practice and was with them for fifteen years until their retirement. Kathy brings her expertise and her warm, caring nature out to patients. She will make every effort to assist with your appointments, financial arrangements and insurance questions. She is a single mom of two grown, college students and she is searching for new exciting hobbies.

Kim - Administrative Assistant

Originally a Texas native, Kim moved to the valley in 1989. Kim's career in dentistry started in 1987. Kim had expertly managed a periodontal office for 14 years and took some time off to raise her two wonderful children. Now that the kids are a little older, she was ready for a change and jumped in to cosmetic dentistry. She is really enjoying the smile make overs and how it affects the self confidence of the person! In Kim's time off she enjoys scrapbooking and spending quality time with her children and great husband.

Lyn - Hygienist

Born and raised in High Point, NC, Lyn offers southern hospitality to our practice. After spending two years teaching English overseas in Japan, Lyn then relocated to the northwest: Washington State. It was there she began her career in dentistry, starting out as an assistant, and then progressing to Dental Coordinator and eventually to office manager. In the process, she found her passion in dental hygiene. After relocating to Scottsdale 14 years ago she set her goals and graduated with honors from Rio Salado College. Lyn went on to receive the prestigious Proctor and Gamble Dental Hygiene Professional award for Preventative oral healthcare. Lyn offers more than 20 years experience in the dental profession. Her hobbies include her HD Sportster, golfing, snow skiing, and enjoying all that life has to offer. Spending as much time as possible with her 11 beautiful grandchildren, she puts that experience to good use-nurturing patients with optimum individual hygiene treatment and care.

Lisa - Hygienist

Originally born in Canada, Lisa grew up in Scottsdale. Wanting to be in the health profession, Lisa interned at her childhood dentist’s office and knew right away she wanted to become a dental hygienist. After graduating Saguaro High School, Lisa attended Northern Arizona University, one of the top dental hygene programs in the United States, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene in 1996. While at university, Lisa participated in philanthropic programs, wherein she provided dental hygiene services to mentally handicapped patients, low income families, and worked with the Indian Health Service. Lisa has been practicing dental hygiene, specializing in periodontal therapy, using the latest techniques with total comfort and care. She enjoys being around patients, and watching them obtain their goal of complete oral health. Lisa resides in Scottsdale with her husband and their two sons.

Tracy - Clinical Technician

Born and raised in Iowa, Tracy moved to Arizona with her family in 1987. After graduating from Cactus High School in 1989, she obtained her dental degree at Apollo College of Medical and Dental Careers. Tracy continues to advance her knowledge by taking additional education courses on the latest and cutting-edge technologies. Tracy enjoys using the computer as it applies to digital radiography, scheduling appointments, taking intraoral pictures, and updating patient information. Tracy resides in Glendale with her husband and three children.

Mel- Clinical Technician

Originally born in Wyoming, raised in Montana. She started dental assisting during the stone age (no gloves, masks, or eye wear and scrubs and white sneakers were mandatory). During the course of many dental practices and continuing education classes, she lived in Montana, Wyoming, Mississippi, Tennessee, Virginia, Georgia, back to Montana and now Arizona. She has raised four children and presently spoils three granddaughters. Mel owned a small distribution company for a while but smiles became brighter and prettier then ever, with new awesome technology, it drew her back to the world of teeth. She always does her best to put her patients at ease and smile.
