Deb
Office Manager
With more than 20 years of experience in dentistry, Deb brings a unique perspective to her role as Office Manager, with a background spanning both clinical and administrative positions. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of dentistry and, more importantly, of what it means to make patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their experience.
Warm, approachable, and highly organized, Deb is passionate about creating an environment where patients feel genuinely welcomed and supported. She believes that exceptional care extends beyond the clinical experience—it is also about communication, attention to detail, and making every patient feel like they matter.
Most recently from Charleston, South Carolina, Deb relocated to Arizona to be closer to family and has quickly fallen in love with the beauty and energy of the Southwest. Outside the office, she enjoys exploring Arizona, hiking, cooking, volunteering, and spending time with family.

Erin
Dental Hygienist
Erin was born in Washington State, moved to Arizona at age 7, and has loved living in the sunshine state ever since. Even as a child, Erin had a passion and interest in dentistry, she decided at an early age she wanted to become a dental hygienist. Erin received her bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene Sciences from Northern Arizona University in 2009 and has been happily practicing for 14 years now.
Over the years, Erin has worked to keep her clinical knowledge in line with the cutting-edge dental standards of today. From new technological developments to ever-evolving patient care products. Erin is always striving to provide the highest quality of care and education to her patients, helping them achieve all their hygiene goals!
When Erin is not in the office, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. Erin and her husband have 2 boys who love to play any and all sports. When they aren’t cheering the kids on, they love to travel!
Hannah
Dental Hygienist
An Arizona native, Hannah graduated from the Northern Arizona University in 2000 with her bachelors in dental hygiene. She has worked in periodontics and general aesthetic dentistry for over 20 years. Hannah’s passion is to educate her patients and build long term relationships while providing the highest level of dental hygiene for each patients individual needs. She has hundreds of hours of continuing education and strives to always be up to date with the best technology dentistry has to offer. Hannah is actively involved in the AZ Premier Study Club, worked with Spear Education, and was a past representative for Perio Protect.
Working in a positive and calm environment while offering the finest dentistry is why Sonoran Dental Design is the perfect home for her. Hannah entrusts that our patients will feel the same after experiencing all we have to offer to allow them to experience the best in oral health care.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys making memories with her husband. They love to travel and experience new places, ideas, culture, and food!
Aundrea
Dental Hygienist
Aundrea began her dental career after earning her Associate’s Degree in Dental Assisting from Northwest Technical College in Bemidji, Minnesota, in 2013. After working briefly in her home state of North Dakota, she relocated to Arizona in 2014 to continue pursuing her passion for dentistry.
For seven years, Aundrea worked as a dental assistant in Flagstaff, where she gained valuable clinical experience and developed a deep appreciation for patient care. Motivated to further her education and expand her role in helping patients achieve healthy smiles, she attended Northern Arizona University and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2021.
As a dental hygienist, Aundrea is committed to providing gentle, thorough care while helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and educating them on the importance of preventive dental care to support lifelong oral health.
Outside of the office, Aundrea enjoys spending time with her husband, Anthony, and their baby boy, Max, whom they welcomed into the world this past February. She and her husband enjoy attending concerts, sharing a craft beer or two, and escaping to Flagstaff to unwind.
Courtney
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Courtney was born and raised in Merced, California, where her journey of serving others began at an early age. From the ages of 8 to 14, she lived in Thailand with her family, serving on missions and gaining a deep appreciation for helping others. After returning to California, Courtney continued her education and graduated from dental assisting school in 2017, beginning her career in general dentistry.
In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Courtney relocated to Arizona, where she continued to grow both personally and professionally. With a passion for expanding her knowledge and providing exceptional patient care, she earned her PRF and phlebotomy technician certifications in 2024, allowing her to better assist with sedation patients and those experiencing dental anxiety or fear. She then went on to complete an Expanded Functions Dental Assisting program, further broadening her clinical skills and expertise.
Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys traveling, creating content, attending church events, and spending quality time with her Aussiedoodle. She loves exploring new places, capturing meaningful moments, and building connections with others. Whether in the dental office or in her everyday life, Courtney strives to make a positive impact on those around her.
Kyra
Dental Assistant
Kyra was born and raised in the Seattle, Washington where she has provided care in dentistry as an “Esthetic Dental Assistant” for over 30 years. She has always had passion working with esthetic doctors who have mastered their skills in full-mouth reconstruction, implants, oral surgery, Invisalign, and whitening. Kyra maintains her continuing education with “Spear Education” and “The Pankie Institute.”
Outside the office, Kyra enjoys spending time with her kids (when they come home from college.) One of her children is at the University of Arizona and the other at Washington State University. Her family loves boating, wake surfing, snow skiing, hiking, and spending time with their friends and family.
Kyra and her husband moved to Scottsdale AZ recently and have enjoyed exploring their new home and relish traveling back to Washington when opportunity arises. They appreciate the sunshine Arizona brings and do not necessarily miss the Seattle Rain.
Abby
Certified Dental Assistant
Abby is a proud Arizona native and a dedicated Dental assistant with over 8 years of experience in the dental field. From a young age, Abby knew she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives through dentistry.
Abby graduated from Phoenix College in 2017 and furthered her education by obtaining her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certificate in 2019. She holds certificates in Dental Radiology, Coronal Polish, and Phlebotomy, with a centrifuge to create PRF and PRP for utilization on such procedures as implants and tissue grafting. Abby’s passion for dentistry will one day take her to dental school.
Her professional journey spans from general dentistry, oral surgery, implants, and cosmetic dentistry, allowing her to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Outside of work, Abby is a devoted mother to her 4-year-old daughter, Genesis. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, exploring nature through hiking, camping, and swimming.
Since early 2025, Abby has also been a part-time Life insurance Agent, dedicated to helping families plan a secure future.
Fin Halmekangas
Sterilization Technician
Fin is a proud Arizona native whose strong work ethic and enthusiasm for learning set him apart. From food service and retail to sanitation and private security, Fin’s diverse background has built his reputation as someone who isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves and tackle any challenge that comes his way.
In January 2025, Fin joined the Sonoran Dental Design family, introduced by his aunt, Dr. Ann Sielicki. Despite the family connection, Fin quickly proved that he has earned his place through dedication, reliability, and a genuine commitment to excellence. His attention to detail and drive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization help keep our practice running smoothly every day.
Since joining the team, Fin has discovered a true passion for dentistry and continues to grow in his role. With a bright future ahead, he hopes to one day further his education and pursue dental school — continuing his journey of learning, service, and care.
Chester
Dental Assistant
With 11 years of experience in the dental field, Chester brings a caring, dependable, and welcoming presence to the dental team. He is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their dental experience, always approaching each patient with kindness and genuine care.
One of the most rewarding parts of his work is seeing patients leave with a more confident smile after completing their treatment. Knowing that he can play a small part in helping someone feel better about their smile is what makes his work especially meaningful to him.
Originally born and raised in the Philippines, Chester moved to the United States in 2014 and spent several years in New Jersey, which he considers his second home. He relocated to Arizona in 2021 and has enjoyed embracing the beauty and lifestyle of the Southwest.
Outside the office, Chester enjoys hiking, gardening, and traveling with his family. He especially enjoys gardening and considers himself to have a green thumb. He values spending time with family and making the most of life's simple moments.

My experience is so much more than I have ever experienced before at a dental office! Dr Sielicki goes to great lengths to examine my teeth to see what exactly is going on both below the gum line and above. I am blown away by the ways teeth can be examined now!
