Irma brings to the practice extensive experience in the dental industry. She has worked in the Scottsdale area for more than 20 years.
After graduating with her B.A. from the University of Detroit, she has had responsibilities ranging from consulting to managing practices all over the U.S. and helped advise practices on how to improve the patient experience. Her most recent positions were as a Business Manager for two dental practices.
Irma shares our commitment to excellent patient care and professionalism. Her winning smile, high energy, and positive outlook are a welcome addition to our already outstanding team. I know she looks forward to greeting you personally and doing all she can to make sure you have a warm and exceptional experience on each visit to our office.
Kempa was born and raised in Louisiana where she graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in 1993. She then relocated to the Dallas, Texas, area where she worked in aesthetic restorative practices for over 21 years. Dentistry is Kempa’s passion. She is always seeking new information and treatment modalities to improve the health of her patients.
Kempa is actively involved in continuing education and participates in our local Seattle study club. Kempa’s goal is to provide the best care and individualized attention to best serve each patient's individual concerns and needs.
Outside of the office Kempa enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff and their two kids, Porter and Presley. She enjoys watching them play sports, dance, and explore Arizona. The whole family loves to be on the beach and in the water. They have recently added hiking to their list of hobbies now that they live in our beautiful state.
Erin was born in Washington State, moved to Arizona at age 7, and has loved living in the sunshine state ever since. Even as a child, Erin had a passion and interest in dentistry, she decided at an early age she wanted to become a dental hygienist. Erin received her bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene Sciences from Northern Arizona University in 2009 and has been happily practicing for 14 years now.
Over the years, Erin has worked to keep her clinical knowledge in line with the cutting-edge dental standards of today. From new technological developments to ever-evolving patient care products. Erin is always striving to provide the highest quality of care and education to her patients, helping them achieve all their hygiene goals!
When Erin is not in the office, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. Erin and her husband have 2 boys who love to play any and all sports. When they aren’t cheering the kids on, they love to travel!
Kelly was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. She has been taking care of patients’ dental needs for two years. She graduated from The American Institute of Dental Assisting. She truly loves being able to provide assistance and educate her patients. Her caring nature is contagious and puts everyone at ease.
Kelly loves dentistry and helping patients improve their health, smiles, and self-confidence. When Kelly is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and friends.
Kyra was born and raised in the Seattle, Washington where she has provided care in dentistry as an “Esthetic Dental Assistant” for over 30 years. She has always had passion working with esthetic doctors who have mastered their skills in full-mouth reconstruction, implants, oral surgery, Invisalign, and whitening. Kyra maintains her continuing education with “Spear Education” and “The Pankie Institute.”
Outside the office, Kyra enjoys spending time with her kids (when they come home from college.) One of her children is at the University of Arizona and the other at Washington State University. Her family loves boating, wake surfing, snow skiing, hiking, and spending time with their friends and family.
Kyra and her husband moved to Scottsdale AZ recently and have enjoyed exploring their new home and relish traveling back to Washington when opportunity arises. They appreciate the sunshine Arizona brings and do not necessarily miss the Seattle Rain.
Bridget exudes a passion for dentistry and has been dental assisting for over 26 years! She’s had the pleasure of working in all facets of dentistry; including oral surgery & implants, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, general dentistry (with an emphasis in cosmetic & cad/cam dentistry.) Bridget’s utmost priority for her patients are education and experience. She does this by paying close attention to detail and delivering exceptional results with a smile.
Bridget graduated from Apollo College in 1998 and holds certifications in dental radiology, coronal polish, and cad/cam. She then pursued her goal of obtaining a certification to become an expanded functions dental assistant; taking her assisting profession to its full potential.
In her spare time, she also teaches dental assisting at Pima Medical Institute. She is passionate about her profession and hopes to share this enthusiasm with future dental assistants.
Bridget is a 4th generation, first-born female Arizona native. She has been blessed to be married for 26 years with and has 2 older children, Victoria & Vincente. While away from the office, Bridget enjoys hiking, travel, and shopping! As a committed “foodie,” she loves spending time with her husband Victor, eating at fun new restaurants all around the valley.
An Arizona native, Hannah graduated from the Northern Arizona University in 2000 with her bachelors in dental hygiene. She has worked in periodontics and general aesthetic dentistry for over 20 years. Hannah’s passion is to educate her patients and build long term relationships while providing the highest level of dental hygiene for each patients individual needs. She has hundreds of hours of continuing education and strives to always be up to date with the best technology dentistry has to offer. Hannah is actively involved in the AZ Premier Study Club, worked with Spear Education, and was a past representative for Perio Protect.
Working in a positive and calm environment while offering the finest dentistry is why Sonoran Dental Design is the perfect home for her. Hannah entrusts that our patients will feel the same after experiencing all we have to offer to allow them to experience the best in oral health care.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys making memories with her husband. They love to travel and experience new places, ideas, culture, and food!
Meet Greta, our Administrative Assistant! We are so fortunate to have her on our team. She is an energetic, positive, hardworking Midwestern girl who grew up in a family that is very involved in different aspects of dentistry. It’s in her blood!
She has a great love of dentistry and finds real value when she helps our patients do the same. Her driving mission is to build long-term relationships with our patients and our team. She enjoys creating raving fans and providing a calming atmosphere for our practice.
She also enjoys the “passionate women” on our team and appreciates that we challenge each other to accomplish great things for our patients and team! Greta has two respectful, hard-working, and compassionate children, Norman(6) and Loretta(8), whom she adores and is very proud of. In her off time, she enjoys cooking/baking, composing music, reading, weightlifting, hiking, camping, and anything outdoors.
